In response to some of the issues raised in Tuesday’s call, Vermont will be providing updates to the 2011 Guide on Samples, and will be developing updated reporting forms.   Updates are anticipated to be available in December. 

Please feel free to submit additional questions as they arise.   Unless questions are of an urgent nature, answers will be compiled in December.

Regarding data submission, after consultation with the Vermont IT staff they have determined that they will not be able to accept data in an excel spreadsheet. Please continue to use the access database or the disclosure form provided on their website.  They, unlike an excel spreadsheet, contain set field values for each required field, making for greater consistency in the data submitted.
